Terre Gaie is a family, a project, a winery: three elements in an ongoing story, blended in a real and cohesive Italian family. Located in the Colli Euganei appellation of southern Veneto in an area dotted with volcanic formation formed by underwater eruptions millions of years ago. Colli Euganei is one of Italy’s few volcanic wine districts. The soils aren’t totally volcanic, with a mix of limestone and clay ideal for producing with complex qualities. Fifty-four local growers strive every day to achieve the highest quality, by carefully following vineyard procedures based on respect for nature and the environment.
