Liquorificio 1864
Raffaello Bosco established Liquorificio 1864 in Cosenza, Calabria. At that time, liqueurs were prepared almost exclusively at home using typical Mediterranean herbs. Due to the determination and passion of Mr. Bosco, the original recipe of Amaro Silano was derived from the precious herbs of Calabria. Amaro Silano and Anice Bosco were immediately appreciated for their quality and original flavors, becoming the favorite liqueurs of the aristocratic families. Today, Liquorificio 1864 produces liqueurs following the same values of quality, tradition and innovation making its products highly coveted world-wide. Their excellence is achieved through the use of high quality botanicals and an advanced and certified production system.
