Colli Fiorentini, the producer of Calvo Chianti established as a cooperative in 1972, consists of 850 family growers specializing in the production of Chianti DOCG, Rosso Toscano IGT, Vin Santo and Chianti Classico DOCG. Over 10 million euro has been invested in this state of the art facility focusing not only on quality but also on the environment with the adoption of solar power in 2011 to power the winery. Calvo was created using traditional Tuscan varietals with a modern style and packaging.
