straw color with greenish reflections, typically aromatic scent fine and elegant, balanced flavor, soft, good structure. Should be stored in a cool cellar, constant temperature, dark, noise and odors. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish. Exceptional with shellfish. The wine must be served at a temperature of about 10-12° C.

CANNONAU DI SARDEGNA DOC

Bright garnet color, with an intense, persistent, full flavour. The Cannonau bears long aging. Should be stored in a cool, dark cellar, at constant temperature. Ideal with very structured dishes such as red meat, game feathered and furred, excellent with cheese.
Serve at a temperature of about 18-20 ° C.
